Orders will be dispatched and delivered within 2-3 working days. The day that your order has been placed will not count towards the delivery time scale.
Next Day Delivery (Monday – Thursday)
Orders will be dispatched the same day and delivered the next working day if the order has been placed before 6pm, Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after the cut of time, or on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday will be dispatched on the next available working day as a priority and delivered the next.
Next Day Before AM (Monday – Friday)
Orders will be dispatched the same day and delivered the next working day, before midday (12 noon) if the order has been placed before 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Orders will be dispatched the same day and delivered on Saturday, if the order has been placed before 6pm on Friday.
Orders will be dispatched within 1 working day and take between 3-5 working days to arrive. Please note that we cannot send flammable items (marshmallow toasters) outside of the UK.

Should you wish to collect your item from our Lincoln based office, please call us on 01522 701 630 in order to arrange a time and date. Please only attend our premises if we have agreed to a collection date, in order to ensure that your items are ready.

Requested Delivery Dates/Pre-Order Delivery
If you have specified a certain delivery date for an item/s, all items within your purchase will be dispatched to arrive on or before your requested delivery date, unless you specify otherwise. If you need to split an order or require a certain item or items within your order to be sent sooner, please get in touch to let us know. Should you wish to split an order, you will be required to pay an additional delivery fee, as this cost will also be incurred by The Naked Marshmallow Co. Ltd.
If you have ordered multiple items from our website, including an item or items available on a pre-order only, all of your items will be sent to arrive by the date given for the latest pre-order date. All items are sent via either Parcel Force 24, or Royal Mail First Class/Second Class/International
Saturdays, Sundays and UK bank holidays are not classed as working days.
The Naked Marshmallow Co. Ltd are not liable for any delays caused by our delivery partners and the above time frames are given only as an estimation and are therefore not guaranteed.
Should your parcel be returned to us, owing to our delivery partners not being able to successfully deliver to you or make contact with you, you will be solely liable for any additional delivery charges for re-delivery. If at this stage, you require a refund, the cost of any postage or return to sender fees incurred by The Naked Marshmallow Co. Ltd will be deducted from your order amount, before the remainder of the refund is given.
