Delivery information

*Saturdays, Sundays and UK bank holidays are not classed as working days.

Standard Delivery (3-5 working days)

Orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days* The day that your order has been placed and the day of dispatch will not count towards the delivery time scale.

Next Working Day Delivery 

Orders will be dispatched the same day and delivered the next working day if the order has been placed before 4pm, Monday to Thursday* Orders that come in after the cut off, will be dispatched on the next available working day, and be delivered on the next working day.

Next Day Before AM 

Orders will be dispatched the same day and delivered the next working day, before midday (12 noon) if the order has been placed before 4pm, Monday to Friday*

Saturday Delivery

Orders will be dispatched the same day and delivered on Saturday, if the order has been placed before 4pm on Friday*

European Delivery

Orders will be dispatched within 1 working day and take between 5-10 working days to arrive. Please note that we cannot send flammable items (marshmallow toasters) outside of the UK. Please bare in mind that customs may hold the item/s for a further period of time that may impact your delivery time. We cannot be held liable for any additional time added to your delivery time as a result of customs clearance and checks.

Worldwide Delivery  

Orders will be dispatched within 1 working day and take between 5-15 working days to arrive. Please note that we cannot send flammable items (marshmallow toasters) outside of the UK. Please bare in mind that customs may hold the item/s for a further period of time that may impact your delivery time. We cannot be held liable for any additional time added to your delivery time as a result of customs clearance and checks.

 

Requested Delivery Dates/Pre-Order Delivery

If you have specified a certain delivery date for an item/s, all items within your purchase will be dispatched to arrive on or before your requested delivery date, unless you specify otherwise. If you need to split an order or require a certain item or items within your order to be sent sooner, please get in touch to let us know. Should you wish to split an order, you will be required to pay an additional delivery fee, as this cost will also be incurred by The Naked Marshmallow Co. Ltd.

If you have ordered one of our 3, 6 or 12 month subscriptions, you’ll be asked to enter your requested commencement date. Please note that in order to guarantee timely arrival of your items, we will dispatch subscriptions in advance of the start date, which means it is possible for them to arrive before the actual start date.  Subsequent subscription deliveries will be made each month, on or around the original commencement date of each month.

If you have ordered multiple items from our website, including an item or items available on a pre-order only, all of your items will be sent to arrive by the date given for the latest pre-order date. All items are sent via either Parcel Force 24, or Royal Mail First Class/Second Class/International

The Naked Marshmallow Co. Ltd are not liable for any delays caused by our delivery partners and the above time frames are given only as an estimation and are therefore not guaranteed.

Should your parcel be returned to us, owing to our delivery partners not being able to successfully deliver to you or make contact with you, you will be solely liable for any additional delivery charges for re-delivery. If at this stage, you require a refund, the cost of any postage or return to sender fees incurred by The Naked Marshmallow Co. Ltd will be deducted from your order amount, before the remainder of the refund is given.

The Naked Marshmallow Co. Ltd. does not accept any responsibility for any loss or delay or other disruption regarding deliveries, brought about as a result of any of the following:

•Inaccurate or incomplete delivery address details

•Delayed payment (cleared funds)
