Place the burner on a flat, heat proof surface. Pop the lid off the burner (just like a paint tin lid) and light gel with a match.

Using a bamboo skewer, push a marshmallow on to the end and ensure that the skewer goes all the way through.
Hold the marshmallow 1-2 inches above the flame and slowly rotate the marshmallow until caramelised and gooey.
Dip your marshmallow into the sauce,
coating as much as you fancy.
Optional: pour caramel sauce into a microwaveable dish and heat on full power for 10-15 seconds.
