Every effort shall be made to send all orders as described on the website, however occasionally product styles, colours or sizes may vary – this includes both the product and product packaging. In these cases The Naked Marshmallow Co. Ltd. reserves the right to substitute items of the same quality and value. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you are accepting that product substitutions may occur in your order.
Cancelling An Order
If you change your mind about an order and wish to cancel it, please call our customer care team on 01522 690 426 as soon as possible. So long as the order has not been processed or dispatched, the order will be cancelled and a refund issued.
Unless an item is received late, or is deemed faulty, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns for food items.
We will aim to respond to your complaint as soon as possible. Please be aware that at peak times (September-December) this may take up to 72 hours. For the quickest response, please call our customer care team during office hours on 01522 690 426 (9am-5pm, Monday to Friday).

All customer details provided are fully confidential and are collected lawfully, within accordance of the Data Protection Act 1998.
We reserve the right to retain your contact details for the sole purpose of sending you promotional materials, offers and discounts. We will not, under any circumstances pass your details on to any other party or company and all details are stored safely and securely in line with the guidelines set out in the Data Protection Act 1998.
