Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions 2018


This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.nakedmarshmallow.co.uk (the “Site”).


When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. We may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. If we are deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, we rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud and Dropbox are Privacy Shield certified.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.


Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Every effort shall be made to send all orders as described on the website, however occasionally product styles, colours or sizes may vary – this includes both the product and product packaging. In these cases The Naked Marshmallow Co. Ltd. reserves the right to substitute items of the same quality and value. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you are accepting that product substitutions may occur in your order.


If you change your mind about an order and wish to cancel it, please call our customer care team on 01522 690 426 as soon as possible. So long as the order has not been processed or dispatched, the order will be cancelled and a refund issued.

Unless an item is received late, or is deemed faulty, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns for food items.


We will aim to respond to your complaint as soon as possible. Please be aware that at peak times (September-December) this may take up to 72 hours. For the quickest response, please call our customer care team during office hours on 01522 690 426 (9am-5pm, Monday to Friday).

Each time we send a parcel, a 10% discount coupon will be included, to be used against further purchases.
