All items are sent via either Parcel Force 24, or Royal Mail First Class.
Saturdays, Sundays and UK bank holidays are not classed as a ‘working day’.
The Naked Marshmallow Co. are not liable for any delays caused by our delivery partners and the above time frames are given only as an estimation and are therefore not guaranteed.
Should your parcel/s be returned to us, owing to our courier not being able to successfully deliver to you or make contact with you. You will be solely liable for additional postal charges for re-delivery. Should a delivery be attempted and a calling card left, you are liable to either contact the courier directly, or ourselves to request a new delivery attempt.
The Naked Marshmallow Co. Ltd. does not accept any responsibility for any loss or delay or other disruption regards deliveries brought about as a result of any of the following:
- Inaccurate or incomplete delivery address details
- Delayed payment (cleared funds)
Damaged Goods and Returns:
All claims for damaged or missing goods must be made within 14 days of receipt.
Damaged goods should be returned to the company address, suitably packaged. On receipt of return product, a refund or replacement will be issued and return postage costs refunded.
Every effort shall be made to send all orders as described on the website, however occasionally product styles, colours or sizes may vary – this includes both the product and product packaging. In these cases The Naked Marshmallow Co. Ltd. reserves the right to substitute items of the same quality and value. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you are accepting that product substitutions may occur in your order.
Cancelling An Order:
If you change your mind about an order and wish to cancel it, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed/completed or dispatched, the order will be cancelled and a refund issued.
We will aim to respond to your complaint as soon as possible. Please be aware that at peak times (September-December) this may take up to 72 hours. For the quickest response, please call our customer care team during office hours on 01522 690 426 (9am-5pm, Monday to Friday).
