A Note About Our Handcrafted Products & Delivery Times

Handcrafted with love, not mass-produced.

Every gourmet marshmallow we create is lovingly handmade in small batches by our talented team of artisan confectioners.

Unlike mass-produced confectionery, our marshmallows contain no artificial preservatives. This means we carefully manage production to maintain the freshness and quality that makes our products so special.

During our busiest periods, particularly in the run-up to Christmas, demand can significantly exceed the quantities we can produce and dispatch each day.

As a result, our products are not always available for immediate dispatch, and customers should anticipate longer waiting times than usual.

Our Advent Calendars are manufactured and dispatched in carefully scheduled batches throughout October and November. Although we endeavour to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, dispatch dates can vary depending on production capacity and demand.

Please be assured that our Advent Calendar production schedule is planned to ensure customers receive their calendars ahead of 1st December, ready to enjoy throughout the Advent period.

We appreciate that waiting for something exciting can be frustrating, but we hope you’ll agree that genuinely handcrafted confectionery is worth a little extra patience.

Thank you for supporting traditional craftsmanship and our independent British business.

Please Note: Express and next-day delivery services refer to the courier’s estimated delivery timeframe once an order has been dispatched. They do not guarantee immediate production or dispatch of handcrafted, pre-order or seasonal products.
