Our Jaffa Cake mallows are whipped up using tangy orange marmalade and layers of irresistible Jaffa Cake pieces. Once cut, they're generously dunked in finest Belgian dark chocolate and garnished with a Jaffa Cake segment.

The phenomenon known as "chocolate bloom” occurs when the fat or sugar crystals in the chocolate rise to the surface due to temperature fluctuations. Leading to a dull and less than perfect appearance. The product remains perfectly delicious and safe to consume.
